Photos, stories, and clips are stored for your account. They are sent to the video model only when you make a clip.
We store your email, your credit ledger, and the files you upload: photos, takes, music, and the finished MP4.
When you press Make this clip, the scene prompt and the character photos needed for that model are sent to the model provider. That is what generates the clip.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We store the Stripe customer id, not your card number.
The family studio at studio.thecullens.com.au is a separate private site. It is not this account system.
You can ask us to delete your account and the files on it. Subscription credits and the record of payments we are required to keep may remain in the ledger and in Stripe.
AI Entertainment Pty Ltd (ABN 65 693 347 189) operates Viral Video Studio and is responsible for the account data on this site.
